You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data submitted through the Platform. The Platform provides tools for data validation, but ultimate responsibility lies with the user.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CBAM Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform.

6. Revisions

CBAM Platform may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
