1. Introduction

This document describes the billing scope, subscription plans, pricing components, payment terms, and invoicing for the CBAMOS platform provided by CBAMOS Technologies Ltd.. Billing is conducted in accordance with the Terms of Service.

3. Billing Cycle & Payment

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Annual billing may include a discount as shown at sign-up.

Payment methods: Credit/debit card (all plans); bank transfer or invoice (Enterprise, by agreement).

Fees are due at the date of invoice. Price changes require at least 30 days' notice and apply from the next billing cycle.

4. Pilot Program

We offer pilot options for evaluation: Free pilot (limited scope, e.g. 1–3 months), Discounted pilot, or Full-price pilot with post-pilot credit. Pilot terms are defined in the Pilot Contract Template.

5. Invoicing & Refunds

Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the billing email on file. Each invoice includes company name, billing address, subscription period, plan, amounts (net, tax if applicable, total), due date, and payment instructions.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable; we may consider refunds or prorated credits in exceptional circumstances. Service credits (e.g. under the SLA) are applied to the next billing period.

Optional add-ons (prices in order form): extra facilities, API calls above quota, extra users, additional storage.

Single facility and basic reporting: Starter. CBAM declarations and verifier workflows: Professional. SSO, API, full scope: Enterprise. Contact us for a tailored recommendation.

How do I join the pilot program?

Email [email protected] or [email protected] to request a pilot. A Pilot Contract will be prepared for your organization.

Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes. The discount is shown at sign-up and in the order form.
